my recent stay in nice was amazing, and city residence made it even better. spacious apartments, comfortable beds, strong wifi, and easy access to shops. the staff was polite and helpful, and the building was very quiet. will definitely book again next year!

For the price we paid, City Residence was an excellent value. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities.
